Will you some day soon find that your child may be charged with a felony for watching a video on youtube.com?

That could happen if we do not call our senators and congressman on this issue, it is a horrible bill and you should really have a long look at the senators that have sponsored this madness and insanity.

Should Senators be doing this kind of thing or should Americans who have experience with the "right" kind of legal experience.

When you do not "think" about a law unintended consequences can be a huge issue, so in reality, why do we have these ignorant bills that perhaps are written by allegedly, "special interests"

	Who wrote this bill?

	The music industry?

	The movie industry?

The video below this text would be a crime under this new proposed law, freedom of Speech might be taken away…

Is this what we need to be concerned with in our nation or do we have other problems?

It would seem that America has more serious problems, than to try to do an end run around the constitution allegedly using senators that perhaps might need to be voted out of office.

The Death of common sense, when will these so called representatives of the American people wake up?

We cannot allow this kind of poorly written bill to become law.

This video might be a crime if this law were passed in its present wording.

Why is it that the media feels like they can make fun of the religious beliefs of Millions of people all over the world?

We do understand that the gentleman was an elderly man who likely was not able to accurately speak for himself however we know that this was true, did the media not know it as well or are they not as smart as they think they are?

Over the last few days you may have seen a misguided elderly man who is 89 years old and has already in the past made a failed prediction that the rapture would take place in the past, he was wrong, yet the media made a big deal out of this and caused a lot of consternation.

I wonder if it had been any other religion would they have been so quick to make fun of an old many who allegedly is senile…

Ask yourself why the media did this and to what end they engaged in this behavior?

Warning this video may be offensive to some people…
do not watch if you are easily offended or are senile.

Well in case you have not been watching the news today and several hundred billboards and posters all over the place, then you know that a prediction made by a 89 year old elderly man who you could easily say allegedly was a little senile, but the real story here is not the end of days or the rapture, but it is how the media makes a big deal out of one elderly dementia patient, (allegedly) and then proceeds to generalize the statements and predictions made by this man as if all Christians were a part of this belief systems.

The Media are Liars right, sure and that is not allegedly that is a fact.

The problem here is the double standard here that exists in the media, if there were about some other religions beliefs then this story would not have even received a moments notice, and you have to ask why is that?

The answer is simple if someone made fun of other religions, it would be that they were not tolerant.

If someone made snide remarks about another religions common beliefs they would be seen as hate speech.

But when it comes to Christians, apparently it is ok to make fun of them and to make remarks, but in the end, not matter what you believe, know this, it is just one man, this man does not represent the Christian movement at all, yet the media has done nothing to separate that fact from all the fiction that has been spewed all over the TV and the Internet.

It really makes no sense at all that the media would participate in this kind of gross negligence, (allegedly)

Warning this video is disturbing and might be offensive to some people, view at your own risk.

Sounds sort of funny, I mean, when you see members that are paid way more than others for the same positions yet they cry like little children over a few benefits that most of us will never even see, yes sure unions can be good but.

Are all unions like this?

The answer is No, most unions are for the people they are good folks, that cook out just like you do they go to work just like you do and they socialize just like you do, most of the unions are really not this bad, but there are some apparently that are giving a lot of other decent unions a bad name.

In Wisconsin the Unions allegedly took Millions of dollars in members Dues, and paid for lots of different types of alleged advertising for a liberal judge, (sort of like a semi legal from of buying off a judge) wait that just does not sound right, is it possible that this Rogue union has attempted to put in power a paid for judge, (allegedly)

Now is this wrong? You know that is a really good thought…

When Union members pay dues, they expect that the leaders will use those dues to enhance the Union members lives, both at work and at home, they expect to see some benefit, this type of use of dues for political reasons I think should not be legal in Wisconsin.

Dues should go to benefit the membership and in fact is that not what the bylaws state?

There are a lot of questionable things going on in Wisconsin and it is time that Unions respected the rule of law just like everyone else does in these United States of America. Just imagine how many “Union Families” could benefit by having a scholarship to help hard working Members families send their children to College…

Is that not what this money should be used for? To benefit the membership as a whole or at least to benefit those that produce excellence in learning, something, even a cook out would be better than spending millions of a political race it just does not seem like the American way of life.

Is this Right and should this be happening?

The following news story may tell a tale that should cause many Americans to be very concerned about what is going on in Wisconsin, when a “Rogue” union, attempts to supplant the will of the people with its own agenda, When an alleged, lonely isolated, liberal Rogue union attempts to oppress the will of the voters and overturn a government is this not a matter for the Justice department?

You might wonder just what that man up there in Washington is really doing, Golf anyone, (allegedly nothing else is going on up there) The thing is this we have an organized labor union that is taking money from their members to attempt to force an election to turn out in their favor, this is not only wrong but it is illegal and should be stopped.

They may not realize it but it is time for some election reform in Wisconsin and guess who is in charge.

It is time to put things right in Wisconsin.

Is Fox news a problem or are they just biased like all the others so called Journalistic media of the future?

The question is a valid one, is it fair and balanced or is it just a particular viewpoint?

I suppose if not for Fox news there would be no real news at all (allegedly)

But where does the blame lie for these sins of omission?

Production?

Planning?

Direction?

So which is it, are the employment numbers up or down, or sideways?

Do people really want to look up a girls skirt on national TV, (Can I say the answer is NO)

People, this HD is a great thing for movies, but I do not want to look up a womans skirt on national TV in the morning before 9 AM.

In a morning story on fox and friends they reported that there were 403 thousand new claims for un-employment and that it was higher than expected, (there is someone out there expecting more loss of jobs) think about that for a moment, today there are 403,000 more people out of work now that is just not good news in any way shape or form.

Then just a few minutes ago we get this email from Fox business news.

The Labor Department reports initial jobless claims fell last week by a less-than-expected 13,000 to 403,000.

Ok can you see why People just do not take the media seriously?

Two different shows on the Fox network report differently on the same news story and neither one got it right.

Yes, I know it is hard to believe, two different view points, and they both got the story wrong, or perhaps it was intentional?

I just have to ask, what is up at fox news, are the producers allegedly incompetent?

In so many ways the real story here is that two years after the stimulus plan, and TARP, and Billions of allegedly Missing Money, (some say as much as 230 Billion dollars is missing) that we have 403 thousand new first time claims, ok get that people, it is not good news, at all it is very bad news.

What is really interesting about this story is the apparent lack of faith in the public’s ability to think for themselves.

Apparently Fox news has joined the ranks of its Fellows that tend to think that every one but the producers and owners of Fox news are just plain too stupid to see through all the bull pucky they are shoveling.

I heard this blond, come on national TV and say perhaps its not as bad as everyone thinks it is?

Excuse me, but little miss Barbie pants, but do you have any idea what it is like in the real world?

When was the last time you drove yourself to work, in fact when was the last time you even had to put gas into a car, probably a long time ago, because you likely don’t even have a car.

This is the kind of stuff that drives viewers crazy, and while we are at it, I know many people might want to see a scantily clad blond is a skirt that is far too short for TV audiences, but I suspect that at least half the audience does not approve of the short short far too revealing camera shots at Fox news in the morning.

Just in case you producers do not realize it in HD there are times when you just dont want to see up a womans skirt.

My God people get it together.

Reports are coming in this morning that the Obama White house will not be honoring the Budget deal with congress.

Which some say is no surprise, however, it is concerning that when men come together and shake hands and write on paper what they will do then later they decide that they will not abide by those terms, what kind of message does that send to the world?

It is not something that is what we would expect from a Harvard Educated man.

In many ways, we have observed many of these types of small issues that are of concern to voting Americans.

What is happening in Washington is a serious problem for liberal democrats that are hoping to use the media to create enough votes to reelect their candidate the problem is that so many of these issues keep coming up.

Everyone knows that if they buy a car and do not honor the contract between the car dealership, that someone is going to come and take that car away from you, no doubt about it, yet for some reason some of the radical liberals in Washington think that they are somehow better than any one else in the US.

Join others in deciding not to support Yellow Journalism, it is not only wrong but it is a Lie,

Character assassination, will anyone stand up and defend Ben Franklin From the evil yellow cowards that have moved to malign a man that gave more to this nation than many will even have the opportunity to do in a life time.

Cowards and liars are not writers they are skunks that hide behind words.

In a news story that seems to just be beyond the pail as some would say it is apparent that in some circles lies and suggestions make up good history, perversion of history is more like it,

Ben Franklin Secretly a Pirate?

You know what this I would expect to see on the cover of the National Enquirer,
(a respectable publication compared to national Geographic, (allegedly)

However, to see an article by By Patrick J. Kiger

Who makes some rather wild statements that tend to defy the readers imagination, in fact the term yellow journalism comes to mind quickly when reading this very allegedly prejudicial piece of yellow journalism.

The Author, (if you can call this fellow that) goes on to talk about ten things, that sound realy terrible all aimed at depicting one of the most well respected men in American History in a dim light.

It is an Amazing thing to read the thoughts of an alleged twisted mind, but I thought it was important to understand what this fellow thought he was doing sadly the diatribe was such a embarrassment that I am truly horrified that any respectable publication would print it at all.

The author tries to twist the facts of history to fit in with the idea that Ben Franklin was somehow a less than admirable man starting off with the most horrible of truths, that Franklin himself said that he was terrible at arithmetic.

Really, that is you best shot, my friends, I am horrified at this evil practice of
to smear a man who dedicated his life and his fortune to help those who were less fortunate than himself, a man who was a great inventor and statesman.

Later the article goes on to suggest that Franklin lived in Adultery and lived with a woman out of wedlock, having children, out of wedlock, frankly this is appalling and it will not stand.

Boycotts should begin against any company advertising on this show which is scheduled to air tonight in some markets.

Perversion of history is not tolerated and liars and villains will not be justified.

So is this really the hope and change you voted for in Washington, to be honest, we see a lot of really odd behavior.

What is going on this is just plain crazy, just got this in an email it is published to let you know what is allegedly going on.

Are you prepared for Obama’s attack of new anti-gun laws? I hope so. Because right now, Obama is holding meetings that could determine if you can even own a gun in the future!

That’s right – instead of doing his job – i.e. fixing the economy and creating jobs – Obama is pouring all of his energy into a massive campaign TO GRAB YOUR GUNS! We must stop Obama before our Second Amendment Rights are obliterated – FOREVER.

I urge you today to fill out the electronic CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM – right away!
Please, do it now. This is extremely urgent.

Your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM will DEMAND that U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell to use his position as Senate Minority Leader to help stop Barack Obama from sneaking his gun-confiscating agenda past Congress.

Obama WILL issue his gun control plan via “executive orders” to bypass Congress! You see, despite what he claims, Obama hates being “transparent.” He loves to weasel his fanatical ideas right past everybody – before people like you and me have the chance to stop him.

BUT NOT THIS TIME! THIS IS OUR CHANCE AND WE WILL STOP HIM! We will not let Obama get away with hijacking our ability to protect ourselves and our families while he turns a blind eye to the real problems in our country.

So far, Congress has blocked Obama’s freedom crushing plans. But, by using the “executive order” loop-hole, he can get away with stripping your gun rights without even going to the Congress first.

That is unless the Congress blocks him by overriding his anti-gun executive orders.
And without your help now, along with the help of thousands of other gun owners, Congress won’t act to defend your gun rights. Contrary to what they might believe, the truth is; Congress works for us. And we won’t rest until they’re WORKING HARD to stop Obama’s assault on law-abiding gun owners.

Your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM will urge Senator McConnell to:

EXPOSE Obama’s planned use of his “executive order” power to increase federal fees on guns and ammunition, ban guns that are imported, extend waiting periods, ban the use of guns on all government property and even make it illegal to own a gun if you smoke or use tobacco products.
PUBLICLY DENOUNCE Obama’s back door gun control methods that threaten our Bill of Rights.
LEAD A BATTLE in Congress to nullify each and every anti-gun “executive order” that Barack Obama signs into law.
At this very moment, the White House staff, along with radical gun ban groups, are working overtime on scores of anti-gun rights proposals that Obama could enact by executive order -at any minute!

No President has ever been as anti-gun and vindictive to gun owners as Barack Obama.

And unless you and I act today, HARSH AND PUNITIVE gun control measures will soon be executive ordered by Barack Obama.

But, Senator Mitch McConnell can pull the plug on Obama’s grand scheme and get the Senate to block his gun-grabbing legislation.

So again, please sign your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM today.

The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms has been working non-stop to defeat this “executive order” threat ever since we first learned of it.

And we both know that Barack Obama can’t be trusted.

Thanks to the pro-gun Americans like you, there is mounting pressure to stop Obama in the Senate. But it will take the lead of the Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell, to bring the pressure to a scalding boil.

Please do not assume that the slick, dishonest Obama Administration and their anti-gun allies in the media will report any of what you are reading right now. They want to keep Americans ignorant and in the dark – while they work behind the scenes to take your guns away.

Unless Congress steps in, the White House will ruthlessly advance their gun hating objectives for their anti-Second Amendment messiah.

And unless you and I act today, Barack Obama with the stroke of his presidential pen could get away with eradicating the Second Amendment – FOREVER!

You and I can stop this treacherous anti-gun policy by signing your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM.

We need to DEMAND Senator Mitch McConnell fight Obama’s anti-gun “executive order” game plan. Then we must create a grassroots uprising of Americans willing to back up our stand.

Senator Mitch McConnell is a strong gun rights supporter. But, unless he knows that you and other gun owners are going to stand up behind him, we can’t expect him to lead the fight.
That’s why I’m counting on you to sign your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM.

…And if you can afford it, please generously give a contribution of $20, $30, $50, $100 or more to the Citizens Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

But your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM alone will be enough.

In fact, my staff has estimated it could take a minimum of 1 to 2 MILLION Injunctions to have a real impact on Capitol Hill.

And, at roughly 36 cents apiece, it will cost us more than $355,000 to print and distribute this minimum amount.

What’s more, we will need funds above and beyond this amount to help make our case on radio, TV, in newspapers and on the Internet.

So please sign your CITIZENS INJUNCTION FORM today!

For more than two centuries, Americans have bravely fought and died to protect our Bill of Rights. You and I owe it to them to see to it that Barack Obama does not, with the stroke of his pen, destroy their sacrifices and our Second Amendment for good.

For many Americans this subject is not just another news story it is the failure of a president.

The failure to live up to the promises he made to the American people.
The failure to keep the promises he said that he would keep.
The failure to do what he campaigned that he would do.

It is disturbing to many people that we have a situation where one man has decided to bypass the will of an entire nation.

That my friends is the action of a dictator not a president.

We did not elect a dictator, This is America, not a regime in some other part of the world.

We do not by pass the constitution and attempt to enslave an entire nation, that is what a dictator does.
It is why, we see such actions in the middle east, they want to be free, not enslaved.

This is why, we must have an apology from the president on this issue, it is not acceptable, he must apologize for violating his oath of office else he must be impeached and removed from office, there is no other alternative, since we will not stand for a dictator, white or black or mixed, we do not care, this is not a nation where one man makes the decisions for the entire nation.

This is a democracy, not a dictatorship.

We can see here that what has happened here is that an entire nations will has been subverted by one man, in 2012 we must ellect a man or woman who can do the will of the people, who will follow through on the promises to the American people, who will do the right thing for the American people for fringe groups, not for special interests, not for only special labor unions.

America is a mixture of many different people not just one, this is an illegal action by the White house and it must be reversed.

source newsmax.com

former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said President Barack Obama’s decision not to fully enforce the Defense of Marriage law eventually could lead to a constitutional crisis, as he has directly violated his constitutional duties by arbitrarily suspending a law.

Also if you look at what would have happened if this were a republican president you can see that our liberal news and biased media are complicit in not reporting this violation of the constitution and the sickening stench of a sickness not treated will claim this nation.

source Newsmax.com
“Imagine that Governor Palin had become president. Imagine that she had announced that Roe versus Wade in her view was unconstitutional and therefore the United States government would no longer protect anyone’s right to have an abortion because she personally had decided it should be changed. The news media would have gone crazy. The New York Times would have demanded her impeachment.
