Truth or Fiction you decide…
What you may not know about the real history you were never taught in school.
What you may not know about the real history you were never taught in school.
These days you just have to shake your head when you watch the news, mostly because you know they are lying to you or misrepresenting the news.
You know it but they think you are too uneducated to appreciate hard data.
But the real truth is that they believe in what they are saying even though it is not the truth.
Georgia has long been a penal colony, so it should come as no surprise to learn that there are a lot of prisons in Georgia.
Sure Move to Georgia make a mistake go to jail, sound like fun?
So it should come as no surprise to see a news story where a woman stops a group of low life thugs from burning the US flag is then jailed and treated like a criminal…
Once again we see many of the bad behaviors that have plagued US elections for many years including the dead rising to vote.
Incentives voting, There are always a few situations where fraud rises up to create a problem and voter ID laws have proven very effective in reducing the chances for fraud, if you have to show ID to buy over the counter cold medicine and for every other service why not voting?
There is not real reason not to do this because everyone has a voting ID, its just the way it is, in this modern world where we live, the truth is fewer than 1 percent of all voters have an ID, most of those have plenty of other ID that will allow them to vote so were talking about only a few people out of millions and that is the truth which means that the argument that voters will not be able to vote is just foolish.
Perhaps you have heard some people talk about how were a democracy, but that is not the truth at all.
Thomas Jefferson “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%” James Madison “Democracy was the right of the people to choose their own tyrant”
The truth about the State of Florida, may cause you to be concerned about how the justice department is handled in floriduh.
There have been several high profile cases where the state allegedly over charged the case with little or no direct evidence to prove the facts of the case.
They wanted the Death Penalty in a case they had little chance of winning.
They should have charged manslaughter in the Anthony Case, yet they played games with the rules of evidence (allegedly) and they payed a price for that arrogance.
They could have charged manslaughter in that case and perhaps a lessor charge that would have resulted in much more time and a conviction, but they only manged to get lying to an officer.
You have to wonder what is wrong with the system in Floriduh, the simple truth here is that it appears, (allegedly) that the state attempts to do what amounts to (extortion, they charge as high as they can and tell you (allegedly) that if you plead out the case they will take the death penalty off the table) but they had no case…
In another high profile case, involving a former astronaut, they charged kidnapping, (allegedly) along with a litany of other charges, all of which they could not prove, they could have charged a lessor offense and won, but they chose to do what has become popular in modern justice.
Now we have yet another case that could have been won, had the state only done the right thing.
But there is a problem in florid-uh, were not sure if its in the water or if they are just allegedly incompetent.
Who knows for sure, but the governor should probably find another line of work or clean house and get things right.
You see it is not the duty of the state to play games and over charge the case in hopes of getting a plea bargain, that is not justice that is ignorance.
Right now there are thousands of people in Jails all over the United States, many of which may not have actually been guilty of the crime they were charged with but because they were fearful of what “might happen” they made a deal.
The justice system in this nation is broken, not because the laws do not work but because those people in charge of administrating those laws are not following the spirit of those laws.
This year you have a chance to change that vote those people out of office that make a mockery of the justice department, those that leak details about the case to the press need to go.
That happened in all three of these cases, in some instances, private and confidential documentation was posted online.
It it time to over haul the way these people are working the facts and taking advantage of the system, often for political motives.
We may not always agree about a verdict but when the state attempts to play games and loose that is a problem that needs to be fixed, florida is broken.
Can anyone say that the IRS serves a purpose beyond the idea that somehow the Rich pay less taxes than what they would pay if there was not an IRS?
“I think there’s a major opportunity, given the scandal at the IRS, to really get at trying to abolish that agency,” Miller told FOX Business’ Neil Cavuto on Thursday in an exclusive interview. “I think Americans are now more open to that than ever before”… source
The only thing that would be an issue would be a few thousand people who would be displaced and of course there are plenty of other agencies that are as worthless and cause just as much human misery as the IRS so that should not be a big deal.
Imagine a day when a man can express his opinion in a good way that no only communicates the truth but also does it in a humorous way?
One thing about it, if the liberal clowns think that the 82 year old actor and director cares what they think they are sadly mistaken.
It was not the normal method of illustration but it was very effective…
Not crazy at all…. Like a Fox my friends…
Now I have to say I was surprised and I was somewhat humbled, by this mans stopping by to do the right thing.
It was an enjoyable presentation that really produced the kind of results that we need to do.
Mr. Eastwood was certainly a little frail and at times he was a little unsure of his dialog, but you know what you make it to the age of 82 and do half as good a job as this man did last night and you will have earned the admiration of our fellow Americans.
Over the last few months, we have seen some disturbing things, coming from some fringe “Unions” groups, destruction of property, vandalism, and other issues of violence, but is that the way that all Unions are?
The answer to that is No, Most unions are about helping people not hurting them.
Yet, most of the time you see all this violence, and you see terrible things that are done in the name of a union, but is it fair to compare them in this way?
So is it fair to say that all unions are bad because a small percentage of them might be bad?
No again of course not, that is what you hear from the biased media, but is it fair to focus on some of these events?
Perhaps it is, we do not always get what we want, sometimes we get what we need, yet there are some that act like children, they act like its our way or no way, but is that really the way that most people are in America?
Again, No, however when a union breaks the law we cannot turn our heads and say oh well they just got a little excited lets give them a pass, again No, that is not the way that this thing works.
When we descend into violence, when we make the mistake of allowing emotions to drive the way we act, then we are no better than animals.
Over the last few months the trial of Casey Anthony was a great demonstration of how not to prosecute a case.
You saw evidence submitted that was not even scientifically sound, (an electronic sniffer gadget) which is based on some pretty shaky, scientific ground, it has been used effectively for detecting criminal actions, like the presence of carbon based substances, however, the way it was used here, not good, not accurate, and most of all, probably not a good fit for the case.
Then you look at the State of Florida, they could have got Casey Anthony for Manslaughter, she would still be in jail and likely for a long time, 5 six years or so, but they wanted to put her to death, the problem was that they also had no direct evidence linking her to a crime.
They did not have any evidence that showed the infant died in any particular way, accidentally or otherwise, they could not really say one way or the other, oh they tried, to say it was on purpose, but that was just not believable, because in cases that involve a first person murder of a child, it is almost always a man that is the person responsible, statistics, prove this out, time and time again, (allegedly) yet the media including bill orielly wanted to see a conviction and likely a televised, (allegedly) event, of an execution, but that really was never going to happen because again, you cant go around putting people to death without any direct evidence of a crime.
So, the state of Florida ended up spending huge amounts of money, on this trial, they ended up with nothing but lying to officers, (debatable, because she allegedly was never handled properly by investigators, another black mark on the state of Florida) you would think that the state would be happy to be done with this circus of a trial, and the ignorant methods that law enforcement attempted to prove a case that they could never prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
Yet, now a judge, (and can I say this guy is not really judicial at all) (allegedly)
Wants her to come back to the state of Florida and serve a one year probation where the state of Florida will likely have to pay well over 150,000.00 for security to make sure that this probationer is not murdered in the state of Florida while serving a petty probation sentence, really, that is just laughable, what kind of judges do they have in Florida anyway.
Home of the swinging chad among other things, considering the tourism aspect of this situation you might thing the state would be well rid of such a case and its ugly reminder of how stupid the state was in its over zealous prosecution, (again allegedly)
I just find this truly a fantasists dream come true, I hope they can keep her safe, because if they do not keep her safe, then before they can have a funeral, the Antonies, will file a multi million dollar suit against the state of florida the judge, and anyone else that might be blamed for their daughters death never mind that she might be a slut, or what ever, (allegedlly,) got to be fair right, )
Because if some wacko, gets to her, and just manages, to assault her, the State of Florida will be responsible for millions in damages, why?
Simple, it was preventable, they did not have to do this, they could have just come in and let it go, (dumb judge or not) because lets face it before this that judge never saw so many cameras pointed at him and likely he liked it, (allegedly)
What if the girl decides to do a really mental thing and attempt to take her own life, (bad, I know,) no one deserves that, ok, but she is not right in the head, (allegedly) and everyone knows it, so how long before this girl self destructs, and will it be the state of Florida and the Tax payers of Florida that end up paying for that stupidity?
You know what, you went for the Gold, you should have been going for the silver, you lost, the end, there is no starting over again and if you keep on with this stupidity, (not allegedly, this time it is stupid) if you keep on with this insane vindictive garbage, you will end up paying a much higher price than you ever thought you would, cost of security, cost of punitive damages, should someone assault her, medical expenses, (life time doctors visits)
The list goes on and on and on, this just seems petty and really just dumb…
Get over it, if you had charged the case correctly you would not have to even be in this position of trying to get legally even, because you know what it was not this girls fault that the State, was unable to prove its case, it was the states fault.
Legally the girl might even be able to recover reasonable attorneys fees, from the State…
You know sometimes its best to cut your losses before it gets any worse if you learn nothing else from this case, know this, the burden of proof is on the State, and for some reason the state forgot that…
