Back in 1999 the cost of one IPO for a tech stock company was $8.00

People jumped all over it, many thought it would be a great investment, in three months the stock was trading at .17 cents.

Likely this will not happen but I suspect the average trade in 90 days will be around 28.00 which means that if you wait, you could well find yourself doing much better.

There are some very real considerations concerning the Terms of Use and Terms of Service at Facebook, if you have not read these you really should because there are some serious issues that hopefully be resolved.

The biggest problem is that Facebook has not to date fixed these issues, they are consumer related and as long as the current TOS remains in effect there will be problems going forward.

Tread carefully…

It may be cool to buy facebook stock at least in the next two weeks but over all
you may not see the kind of increase that you would think.

What if one of the most exciting IPOs in a long while were allegedly tainted by legal troubles.

This could make a big difference in how the IPO were perceived by the public.

This is a serious news story, that most people just did not understand.

How sick does someone have to be to do this, when you look at this kind of odd stuff you have to think  that the media is truly sick.

Now at first you might think this article is all about the bias in the media and for the most part you would be mostly correct, this is something that you really want to think about.

For example in his book Mr. Obama, speaks about Muslims and eating foods that most Americans would never consider eating…

 But is this really news or is this something else, is the media trying to paint a picture that is not flattering to the President?

Can you really trust what
a Poll says?

When you think about it, what is a poll anyway?

Can you Accurately, predict what would happen in an election contest by only contacting a few people by phone?

How do you know who your talking to anyway and how do you know they would be honest about it anyway?

Most of the time people feel that their private information is private, they do not want you to know what they would do under some circumstance.

Is it really accurate or is it inherently flawed?

The thing here is that most polls are flawed because they assume many things about what a likely voter is and what will they do on the day of the election?

The problem is mathematical.

The higher number of voters polled, in person the higher the likely result is more valid. This creates a question about the methods used to obtain a result. The single most biased issue facing polling agencies is the interviewing process, if the process is flawed then you are not getting valid data, the second issue is the paying party, if you have a vested interested in developing a poll that says what you want it to say then your not doing anything but lying to the people. It does not matter who did the poll or how they managed to get the result they wanted, no one in their right mind is going to pay say 200 thousand dollars for a poll that does not say what they want it to say. That is the deal with polls and that is why most people do not believe a poll anyway.

The fact about polls is that they have to be paid for and no one is going to pay for a poll where they get the opposite result of what they want to do. They want to publish results that support their view of life, the problem here is that because were human we have a really hard time being fair about this process. Again, Polls lie, they do what their owner intends to do, so really polls dont mean a thing unless you develop a method of discounting the bias, you would also have to poll a larger number of people. A minimum of 5000 people, should be included in any valid scientifically verifiable poll. But most of the time, the number is 1000 or less. All in all, polls dont mean a thing what polls really are is an expensive method of presenting and publishing an opinion, that is all it is.

When I see a poll, about who is winning an election that is not yet active, I have to think that those talking heads are just really stupid, but in reality its not the talking heads its the producers, those are the real idiots, they think everyone is so stupid that they do not realize when someone is attempting to influence their thinking on an issue. But then again they do not live in the same world as we do…

They do not pump gas. They do not buy food. They do not work… Most of the time what you see on the local news is false and misleading. Just remember that and when you vote, vote with your wallet too. See who is advertising on these programs and refuse to buy from them.

 This is indeed a controversial topic, but can they produce children?

I submit that not matter how you feel about marriage, that without children you can have no real perpetration of the species.

But does that mean that they should not be allowed to have a relationship that is defined legally?

perhaps not, a legal partnership may be the only answer but legal marriage it has to remain something that only those people who can produce children can enter into, its more than just a choice its a way of life, it is what defines us it is what creates the ability to produce a societal evolution that is productive in nature and in science.

Well apparently in Washington, the idea of selling a company to the Russians or in this case a Russian Business man, is not a bad thing at all, but what about when that company received Green Stimulus money from the Obama Administration?

Now, that’s really bad, ok, but here is yet something that is even worse, apparently, the Navy, and or the Military gave technology to this company that is used in Military applications. So, now we have two really huge problems. One, we have American Tax Dollars wasted in yet another Solyndra Gate company that went bankrupt.

Now, that is sort of a bad thing but hey we give millions of tax dollars to pay for Aids Medications in other nations when many in this nation do not have access to medications.

But really that is a serious problem.

What really should concern you the most is the audacity of a looser.

If this news story effects your sensibilities, great, get off that couch and vote this November and vote to make a change in leadership one that does not sell our nations future to our enemies. We need a change in Washington DC this year, if not sooner.

You can do one of two things, you can sit there and curse your bad luck for voting for the party of no change and no hope or you can make up for your mistake by voting those cowards in office out of office, starting with the United States Senate and the Congress.

That is what needs to be done, we need a Congress that can act and take action, we need a balanced budget amendment to the constitution, we need, a law that prevents congress from being excluded from any law they make for the people but refuse to abide by them selves. WE need a flat tax, a Fair Tax, not this stupidity that has become a failure.
