CNN Censorship ???

Remember back years ago when the idea of Censorship was a horrible thing?

Censorship

Amazing stuff here, Bias, Fake News.

How is this possible?

Why do viewers bother to watch the news when the news is no longer the news at all.

Censorship is what this network apparently employs on a regular basis.

# Fake News reality and lies

Fake News has become a big news story and it is a new story that the news does not want to cover.

The reason why the Media does not want to cover Fake News is that they are the ones that are creating Fake News.

They want to define it, Control it, Tell it what to do…

They want to tell you what Fake News is all about.

They want to tell you what to think and how to think it because anyone that disagrees with what they have to say is wrong and stupid…

Think about that for a moment.

MSNBC again involved in deception?

What is deception?

something that deceives or is intended

to deceive; fraud; artifice.

Working for MSNBC has gone to Joe Scarborough’s head, or at least his ears. The Joe of “Morning Joe, broadcast on the “Lean Forward” network, was caught in the latest TV video scandal because he won’t listen.

During his Wednesday broadcast, Scarborough again mocked GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, this time for how he handled an Ohio appearance with vice presidential running mate Paul Ryan. The show played a clip of Romney taking the mike and saying Ryan is “quite a guy.” The crowd was then shown chanting as the words “Ryan!” popped up on the screen to indicate that’s what they were saying. Romney then instructed the crowd to chant “Romney/Ryan.”

The camera flashed back to the “Morning Joe” set where Scarborough put head in hands and said “Oh, sweet Jesus.” That reaction made the front page of Huffington Post and, as things do when spurred on by HuffPo, it went viral.

[kc_heading_pac_10_headline_5 size=”122″ color=”#dd0d0d” ]Lies? or Accidents?..[/kc_heading_pac_10_headline_5]

“fool me once …”  You know the saying about deception

Back during the Trayvon Martin shooting incident it was alleged and likely proven that reporters had edited the audio of a 911 call to make it appear as if race was an integral part of the topic of conversation of the phone call the truth was much different and in fact had anyone else done this it would not only have been the same as crying wolf but just about anyone else in America would now be in Jail for fraud, attempting to incite a riot, actually inciting a riot, criminal behavior beyond the pail.

But they were excused though quietly many people made a note of this behavior so that is why now when we see the same behavior again its time to put an end to this kind of stupidity.

Someone needs to be fired…

Now we have yet another example of deception intentional likely in fact allegedly very likely.

I am ashamed of the press and the media they are becoming an ugly devil that is not worthy of the office of reporting the news, the profession of journalism used to be a respected career but sadly that is changing with all of these seriously ignorant producers on all the networks that appear to be intentionally intent on destroying the press in favor of what?

Censorship?

What sellouts, what liars, what robbers of the truth are these people?

WE the people are getting tired of this kind of yellow journalism.

That is what this is, Yellow, Journalism, a stinking yellow mark down the backs of thousands of publications all over the US.

If you are unable to report on facts you are in the wrong business, if you are unable to keep your own personal opinion from coloring the facts, you need to find a job flipping hamburgers, go do that because you have no business in this business.

Reporting is a sick friend but we the people will not stand for this kind of reporting neither will the advertisers…

Censorship by Democrats?

NY State Senators Say

We’ve Got Too Much

Free Speech; Introduce Bill To Fix That

Ok is this even true?

Because if it is, this is just becoming too scary for those of us that value America as it was and as it should be and as it still exists in our hearts and minds, but apparently a group of NY, Senators, (Big Surprise there) after watching Anthony Wieners, antics, and some of the other truly remarkable idiots, they produce, come out from under the rocks they hide under, to engage in this kind of evil you have to wonder if there will be an America for our children.

All I can say, about this news story is that it is an indication that they need to be voted out of office.

from the i-find-this-offensive dept source,

We’ve been pointing out a variety of attempts to push back on the First Amendment lately. One fertile ground for such attacks are local politicians carrying the “cyberbullying” banner, in various attempts to magically outlaw being a “jerk” online, usually by making it illegal to offend someone online. Of course, making someone’s action illegal based on how someone else feels about it is all kinds of crazy. It also would seem to violate the very principles of the First Amendment, which bar Congress (and local governments) from passing any laws that take away one’s right to free speech.

This is incredible, makes you want to think about “NOT” living in New York, because some day they may show up at your door with a muzzle, what a mess, this is, horrible when you consider what they are trying to use as a vehicle to limit free speech, soon they will pass a law saying that if you offend someone you might be jailed for it.

Even more offensive is this.

In the past, lawmakers pushing these laws have tended to simply ignore the First Amendment issue, and focus on screaming “protect the children!” as loudly as possible (never mind the fact that kids seem much less concerned about “bullying” than all these adults seem to think). However, it appears that some state Senators in NY are trying a new line of attack: going directly after the First Amendment and suggesting that current interpretations are way too broad, and it’s not really meant to protect any sort of free speech right. In fact, it sounds as though they’re trying to redefine the right to free speech into a privilege that can be taken away. Seriously:

Censorship of the internet?

Wow this is crazy and this is scary, we have serious problems with too much debt, the democrats are crying and saying that the end of the world will occur is they cant continue to spend spend spend, but this is at the top of what they want to do?

The problem with this bill is that it is censorship.

Problems with censorship.

Will we stand by while unions and corporations and special interests take over the internet?

Will you help us stop this bad law from ever happening in the first place.

Ban the internet?

Do you want your children to have the same opportunity as you did when you were growing up?

Then listen up.

If you value your freedom, then you had better speak up otherwise soon you might find you no longer have the right to free speech, The Senate is considering a bill that is just plain wrong.

You might soon no longer be able to watch video on youtube because of this bill.

The problem with this law is that, it would result in censorship without the right to due process as it allows the DOJ and copyright holders to obtain court orders before accused sites have had a chance to defend themselves in court. Sites could be seized and services suspended simply based on the one-sided arguments proffered by the DOJ or copyright holders.

The world’s largest lobbying organization, the US Chamber of Commerce…

is supporting this and it is wrong.

along with the biggest lobbyists

representing the recording and movie industry, have ramped up their efforts to get PROTECT IP approved as quickly as possible.

Will you support our work by becoming a monthly Demand Progress sustainer?  Our small, dedicated, (under-paid) staff is entirely member-supported.  (You can cancel your donations at any time.)

Yes! I’ll become a Demand Progress sustainer today.
I can’t, but I’ll click here to chip in $5 or $10 today so you can keep fighting the Internet Blacklist Bill and protecting civil liberties.
But now the good news: Why is the Chamber having to go to such great lengths to ram their bill through Congress?  It’s because of Demand Progress members like you.  More from Techdirt:

This is the first stage of the endgame to get the law passed.  To be honest, I’m surprised they’ve even had to go this far, because from the beginning it looked like they had the easy support.  The fact that they felt the need to break out this little stunt shows that the opposition to PROTECT IP has actually drummed up enough noise that some politicians are concerned about the very real unintended consequences of the law.

Will you support our work by becoming a monthly Demand Progress sustainer?

Yes! I’ll become a Demand Progress sustainer today.
I can’t, but I’ll click here to chip in $5 or $10 today so you can keep fighting the Internet Blacklist Bill and protecting civil liberties.
Thanks so much for your continued support.

–David, Morgan, Aaron, and the Demand Progress team.

Reject the Senate

The Senate wants to put your child in jail for watching a youtube video?

What no way, I mean dont they have enough problem with the debt and the economy without trying to pass a law to make it a felony to watch a video online?

Really this is the hope and the change you voted for?

TAKE ACTION: OPPOSE THE PROTECT IP ACT

We knew that members of Congress and their business allies were gearing up to pass a new version of the Internet Blacklist Bill — which more than 325,000 Demand Progress members helped block last winter — but we never expected it to be this atrocious.

Senators Leahy and Hatch revised the original bill, introducing new legislation that would institute a censorship regime in the United States. Under PROTECT-IP, the Department of Justice could force search engines, browsers, and service providers to block users’ access to websites, and scrub the American Internet clean of evidence of their existence.

Email your lawmakers and tell them to kill PROTECT IP — the Internet Blacklist Bill — by clicking here.

We need to stop this bill because it is not good for America.

Sarah Palin Emails

Does the tail wag the dog?

Where are all the liberals now?

Seems like all the news coverage did nothing and went no where.

When will be begin to see the liberals emails, that would produce a lot of scandals, or is that not of interest to the media?

Why should it matter about the Sarah Palin emails, and who really cares anyway?

This issue brings to light a lot of questions about the designs of a potentially biased and out of control liberal agenda that allegedly some people are very concerned with. One of the problems we face is that in many instances the media is taking only one side in the political structure of this country.

This creates a disparity and it creates a false sense of fact.

This is a problem for many reasons, the most important of which is that the media is in some cases deceiving the American public into believing a certain thing, when facts may not support that way of thinking.

It is disturbing because of the way the FTC is beginning to define commercials and what is consumed by the public, in some cases it might be viewed as a crime in the future, if an alleged biased media company publishes an opinion or if that news company engages in what could be considered deceptive speech then we might have a condition where censorship might be preferable to the obvious bias that has become a large part of what Americans have come to expect from the news.

When you consider the implications, that are present here you have to think seriously about what it means when a news organization takes an interest in only one party in this case the alleged biased media have show an interest in former Governor Sarah Palin’s emails, considering the issues of privacy attached here, when will see democrat emails being scrutinized, as seriously as Sarah Palin is now.

So, this really opens up the subject of how long it will be before all politicians are subject to having their emails read long after they are out of office and for what purpose would it be?

Why would it make a news story?

Unless there is some equal disclosure of democratic governors or other candidates that are running or might run for office, notice how there seems to be a lack of jurisdiction here.

Sarah Palin is no longer the Governor of Alaska, she is not running for any office, she is a private citizen.

So on what terms did this mass exposure of private material occur?

Could you be next, might you have at some point in your past had a private email discussion, did you have the right to expect you would have privacy?

Should we start to allow full disclosure of all public officials emails?

If not why not?

Because I am sure that the emails of democratic elected officials would be equally interesting to the media.

Should we not have access to all these emails of every elected official?

If not then why not and if why not then why Sarah Palin?

What makes her emails subject to the freedom of information act?

If Sarah Palin had no reasonable expectation of privacy then how can anyone have any expectation of privacy, should we now begin to stop using the internet, because it has been subjected to a double standard of jurisprudence prudence?

(yes, it is totally subjective and that is the object of this article)

I find it interesting here that we can disclose emails when its Sarah Palin but other public officials that perhaps are allegedly biased along with the media are not subject to those same standards.

I find it very interesting that the media thinks that so many people out there are not smart enough to figure this out, perhaps they will begin to take notice when the election of 2012 does not come out the way they think it will or more precisely the way they have hoped to influence the outcome of the election.

One thing remains clear, no one is being fooled.

Is rockefeller right?

Should we all just shut up, show we all just go away if someone decides that we dont matter anymore.

Is Rockie right, should the people be silenced if rich and powerful people do not like them?

Should they eat cake?

Should we censor everything and just remove the things that we do not like to hear about.

Would that make it better?

Should we silence anyone who we do not agree with?

Is that what they do up there, in the moss covered seats, from years of being up in Washington?

Say it is it not so, that a sitting United States Senator, came out and abdicated for silencing a constitutional right of freedom of speech?

I could not be possible could it, I mean, so in this mans world only the rich and powerful have the right to speak an opinion?

Is that the way of it sir?

We are curious where he learned in the constitution that it would be ok to do this?

“I’m tired of the right and the left,” West Virginia Sen. Jay Rockefeller said Wednesday during a Senate
hearing on retransmission consent. “There’s a little bug inside of me which wants to get the FCC to say to Fox and to MSNBC, ‘Out. Off. End. Goodbye.’ ”

Read more:

I just find it amazing, that in this modern and “civilized” age in which we live we have a man who would wish to tell everyone he does not agree with to just allegedly “shut-up” Go away, get out of here, censorship is that not what this is.

It is a sad thing when one man would wish to eliminate the constitution because he was “tired” it seems like a sad thing when tired old people are still in office, why not just retire, pack their bags, have they not done enough in the time they have been up there?

We have to wonder about a great many things.

But one thing is clear, the freedom of speech is not one of those things.

Huckabee boycott of NPR?

In so many ways this news story is allegedly what NPR is all about how does that make you feel about an organization that takes your tax dollars and uses it to support the liberal alleged agenda.

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee says he will no longer appear on National Public Radio until the organization stops practicing “censorship” and called on Congress to cut NPR’s funding.

Sarah Palin also is calling for this as well as many other media figures, this is the worst issue in a decade and allegedly NPR does not care, why is that?

Where does the money come from because there are laws that protect our radio stations from foreign, take over, allegedly these law prohibit the take over of American radio stations, is NPR guilty?
